Live online workshop events are offered for widows in the following areas of parenting after loss, financial literacy, healthy coping steps to managing trauma, healthy cooking, & leveraging your loss into leadership. Workshops provide strategic steps for widows to make positive motion forward after loss.

Social outreach events for widows and their children in a warm and welcoming setting at the Widow Strong: Widows Empowerment Center. Outreach socials will be held once a month. These social events provide widows with community and information on available resources for grief empowerment.

Widow Strong is a Supportive Community of Empowered Widows Getting Stronger Together in Body, Mind, and Spirit. Widow Strong provides a fresh, mindful, active approach to grief recovery for widows and their children though live, online, and in-person resources & events. Accounting and bookkeeping services are needed on an ongoing monthly basis for our 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Donations and services are tax-deductible. Thank you for your consideration and help.
