Our IMPACT Leadership Development program is a 3 year program committed to raising up young leaders in our community. Participants attend the Leadership Training Weekend, held in late winter, where they are equipped with leadership tools and training that will prepare them for roles both at camp, and within their schools, churches, and communities. Students then come back to attend our 5 week-long summer camping program, in June and July, where they can put their skills into practice and gain valuable experiences. IMPACT Fall Connection, in November, is an overnight retreat that encourages our leadership to connect with God and others during 24-hours of fellowship, service, and worship.
