CCAPSA accomplishes its mission through evidenced based enforcement, policy and education initiatives to: limit access to substances of misuse; decrease the ease, ability, and opportunity for youth access to alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs (ATOD); change the culture and context within which decisions about substance use are made; align laws, ordinances and policies with best practices proven to reduce substance misuse; and provide educational programs, workshops, printed material, and social media communications to educate the community on the impact substance misuse has on our youth and our community.
