    WorkSource Cobb is the workforce development agency serving Cobb County residents and businesses. Utilizing federal funds authorized by the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), WorksSource Cobb’s mission is to promote employment and education opportunities that strengthen the workforce and economic development of our community. The Cobb Workforce Development Board provides oversight to WorkSource Cobb’s programs and initiatives. These volunteer community leaders are appointed by the chairman of the Cobb County Board of Commissioners and are committed to strengthening our community’s workforce.
