Our mission at The Willie Whitehead Foundation is to educate, empower and inspire youth and student athletes ages 5 through 21 primarily in underserved and socio-economically disadvantaged communities in the Atlanta surrounding areas through holistic and collaborative programming with schools and other community-based organizations designed to create mental toughness, focus-mindedness, financial literacy and health and wellness awareness, ultimately encouraging the youth to Live on Purpose; Learn New Things; Lead by Example; and Believe in Themselves. The Willie Whitehead Foundation envisions a community of youth and student-athletes operating in the transformation of mind, body and spirit in which they experience nurturing one-to-one relationships, mental and physical well-being and community support that will allow each of them to develop into their full potential, capable of making informed, responsible decisions as involved members of our community.

Organization Description:
It is our purpose at WWF to encourage these communities to fix their focus by engaging and inspiring the youth of these communities to foster change by implementing my seven-step process, the “Fix Your Focus!” (FYF) Technique®. Each of our programs are embedded with the FYF Technique, which will make it easier for our youth to commit to memory. The FYF Technique is a “How-To” technique that I used to fix my focus and create my own life of success and live my own dream!
