FreedOM Youth Yoga, Inc. is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization providing yoga practice to ALL Smyrna residents aged 2-18, especially those who wouldn’t normally have the opportunity.

    FYY currently provides yoga programming for preschoolers and elementary school-aged children at Smyrna yoga studios, gyms, the Smyrna Community Center, and some after-school enrichment programs. The goal in 2020 is to provide yoga practice to ALL youth, even those in high schools and middle school. Our focus is on teens and children who normally wouldn’t be able to afford yoga classes.
