Mission

OneGoal uniquely focuses on three pivotal years from students’ junior year of high school through their first year of college or other post secondary path. We collaborate closely with high schools in low-income communities to identify excellent teachers already working in their buildings. We equip those teachers with a trailblazing curriculum, training and coaching, technology, and access to our partner postsecondary institutions so they can guide a cohort of students (Fellows) to achieve their greatest postsecondary aspirations. In forming cohorts of Fellows, we prioritize students whose strengths and talents are often overlooked and who face additional socioeconomic or academic barriers to post secondary success. And it’s working: 81% of OneGoal high school graduates enroll in a post secondary institution and 86% of those who enroll persist one year later.
