Elite Women of Excellence's Sr. Elite Mentoring Program is comprised of a staff of volunteers that facilitate workshops deemed to enhance the participant's decision-making skills which involve respecting self and others, making wise decisions, and considering how their present behavior can influence future goals and plans. This is a collaborative effort. EWOE partners with other youth-serving organizations to reach as many young women as possible to break the cycle of poverty, teen pregnancy, truancy, and the high school drop-out rate.
