Aging 101’s aging simulation exercises help participants understand age-related health challenges faced by the older people they serve. Dementia simulation activities mimic what it is like to fell confused, frustrated, isolated and more. Families, caregivers and professionals can reach a deeper level of understanding regarding patients living with dementia by spending some time “walking in their shoes.”
